Our Gold Terms
We all know that hiring people can be a difficult process. A lot of time, money and effort goes in to it, so we wanted to add an extra layer of insurance to your hires from The Talent Partnership and make things a little bit easier.

That's why we introduced our Gold terms. Once one of our candidates has been successful in securing a position within your business, you will have access to a 12 month rebate plan.

Here’s how it works:

Month 1: We will supply a new applicant free of charge, ensuring a smooth transition for your team.

Months 2 to 6: Enjoy a rebate of 40% of the fee, providing financial flexibility and added assurance during the initial stages of the candidate’s employment.

Months 7 to 12: Receive a rebate of 20% of the fee, ensuring ongoing support and protection for an extended period.

Consider our Gold terms as our commitment to sourcing and selecting the right people for your business should minimise the need for it. However, if a situation arises where things don’t work out, even a year down the line, we want to ensure you’re covered. Your satisfaction and success are our top priorities.
